Remove excess coffee from carpet by blotting, never scrub. Mix a solution of 2 cups of lukewarm water, 1 tbsp. white vinegar and no more than 1 tbsp. of dish soap. Using a clean cloth, dampen (don’t over saturate) spot with solution. Follow this by blotting with a dry cloth. Repeat this process until stain is removed from carpet. Rinse area with dampen cloth of water.
